Location was very good as it was close to an event we were attending. Room waa large and we had a comfortable sleep. There were a number of restaurants nearby so food was easily available. Parking was free as well

the swimming pool lounge area, was simply a nice place to sit quiet. also nice to see the pool in use, but I did not swim myself. I also admired the excercise room with the equipment, a good asset for the hotel.

Cozy room and clean but abit far to train station. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Nice stay anyway. Thank you Oriental Crystal Hotel management.

rooms are best , design was perfect , good space , clean good .swimming pools need to extend and car park upgrade

Room view is just nice. From ones side you will have a beautiful sunrise. While the other side you can see the sunset.
